目的研究间接检眼镜光照后试验兔视网膜DNA定量的变化,以评价光照性视网膜损伤。方法13只北京灰兔(26眼),体重2~2.5kg,直接检眼镜检查眼底正常。用双目间接检眼镜为光源,+20.0D透镜聚集在后部视网膜,光照度为390.77mW/cm,光照时间分别为15,30min和1h。结果DNA的水平和光照时间相关。光照后2d和2周,30min组、1h组和对照组比较视网膜DNA含量明显降低,而15min组没有显著变化。结论间接检眼镜光照时间过长可引起视网膜的损害,严重损害为不可逆性感光细胞的损害。
Objective To study the quantitative changes of retinal DNA in rabbits after indirect ophthalmoscope light irradiation to evaluate the photodamage of retina. Methods Thirteen Beijing gray rabbits (26 eyes) weighing 2 ~ 2.5 kg were examined by direct ophthalmoscopy. With binocular indirect ophthalmoscope as light source, + 20.0D lens gathered in the posterior retina, light intensity was 390.77mW / cm, light time were 15,30min and 1h. Results DNA levels correlate with light time. After 2 and 2 weeks of light exposure, the content of retinal DNA in 30min group, 1h group and control group were significantly decreased, while 15min group did not change significantly. Conclusion Indirect ophthalmoscope light for too long can cause retinal damage, severe damage to irreversible photoreceptor cell damage.
