试验采用白魔芋和花魔芋的根茎、块茎及种子为外植体 ,以MS基本培养基为基础 ,在不同激素水平的诱导培养基和分化培养基上进行培养。试验结果显示 ,BA和NAA适宜于魔芋离体培养 ,不同外植体的再生能力存在一定差异。魔芋愈伤组织增殖培养过程中易形成拟块茎 ,它有可能作为繁殖器官而直接用做种芋。在 1%的柠檬酸溶液中切割外植体可以有效地抑制褐化
The roots, tubers and seeds of white konjac and konjac were used as explants. The basal medium was MS basal medium and cultured on the medium of different hormone levels and differentiation medium. The results showed that BA and NAA were suitable for in vitro culture of konjac, and the regeneration ability of different explants was different.
