高职酒店管理专业需要培养精通酒店管理,同时英语能力强的高端技能型人才,目前高职酒店管理专业英语教学现状与这一培养目标相去甚远。基于对教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、师资队伍建设、实践教学环节和考核评价方式等六个方面的分析,提出相应对策,以期提高高职酒店管理专业学生英语应用能力,满足酒店岗位工作的需要。
Higher vocational hotel management professionals need to cultivate proficiency in hotel management, at the same time strong English proficiency in high-end skilled personnel, the current status of professional hotel management professional English teaching and far away from this training objectives. Based on the analysis of six aspects of the teaching content, teaching methods, teaching methods, teaching staff construction, practical teaching and assessment methods, and so on, I put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the English management ability of hotel management students in vocational colleges to meet the job requirements of hotel jobs need.
