目的研究粮食中稀土元素残留的检测方法,了解本地区粮食中稀土残留情况。方法 2014年河北10个重要地区开展的食品安全监测项目中,采用ICP-MS法对Sc、Y、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu 16种稀土元素进行检测。结果在所检测的296份样品中,全部样品均检测出Y元素,其余元素均在样品中部分检出,检出样品均未超出国家规定的稀土元素的最大残留限量(MRLs)。结论 ICP-MS法可以有效地检出Sc、Y、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu共16种稀土元素,通过检测结果可看到有必要持续监测和控制粮食中稀土元素的残留情况,从而保障人们的安全健康。
Objective To study the detection methods of rare earth elements in grain and to find out the situation of rare earth residues in grain in this area. Methods In the food safety monitoring project carried out in 10 important areas of Hebei Province in 2014, the contents of Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu 16 kinds of rare earth elements for testing. Results Among the 296 samples tested, Y was detected in all the samples, and the remaining elements were all detected in the samples. The detected samples did not exceed the maximum residue limits (MRLs) for rare earth elements specified by the state. Conclusion ICP-MS method can effectively detect a total of 16 kinds of rare earth elements such as Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu. It can be seen that it is necessary to continuously monitor and control the residue of rare earth elements in food to ensure the safety and health of people.
