本文结合切屑形成过程的动态观察研究的结果，介绍了非晶态聚合物切屑的类型及形成特点，并在切削力研究的基础上讨论了这种材料的切削行为特征。
In this paper, based on the results of the dynamic observation of the chip formation process, the types and forming features of the amorphous polymer chips are introduced. The cutting behavior of this material is discussed based on the study of the cutting force.
