在加工机车四孔分油器主体时,我厂采用了带冷却液的车床夹具。这种夹具是由心轴1、软管接头2(冷却液由此喷入)、密封环座3、滚珠轴承4、密封环盖5、密封环6、垫圈7、双头螺栓8组成。心轴1尾部的锥度和车床主轴的锥孔相配合,并用一根长螺杆拉紧。工件拧在双头螺栓8上,主轴旋转带动心轴1及工件同时旋转。此时密封环座3及密封环盖5不旋转。软管接头2与车床的冷却泵软管连接,冷却液可直接流入工件內。如果加工不同的工件只要更换双头螺栓8就可以了。这种夹具不仅能保证孔內有良好的光洁度,并能迅速清除切削金属时所产生的切屑,减少刀具的磨损,因此可以提高刀具的耐用度和切削速度
