农村中小学基础教育课程改革是我省基础教育课程改革的重点和难点。为进一步加强全省农村基础教育课程改革工作,根据《国务院关于进一步加强农村教育工作的决定》(国发[2003]19号)和《省人民政府贯彻<国务院关于进一步加强农村教育工作的决定>的实施意见》(鄂政发[2004]26号,以下简称《实施意见》),特提出如下意见:
The curriculum reform of basic education in rural primary and secondary schools is the key and difficult point in the reform of basic education curriculum in our province. To further strengthen the basic rural education curriculum reform work in the province, according to the “Decision of the State Council on Further Strengthening Rural Education Work” (Guofa [2003] No. 19) and the “Provincial People’s Government’s Implementation of the State Council’s Decision on Further Strengthening Rural Education Work” The Implementation Opinions (E. Zheng, [2004] No. 26, hereinafter referred to as the “Implementation Opinions”) specifically propose the following opinions:
