激光诱导击穿光谱技术成分面扫描分析与应用

为分析和检测铁矿石表面多成分的分布情况,采用532nm Nd∶YAG脉冲激光,设计面扫描分析方法,结合自行开发的软件,首先对标准样品进行面扫描分析,建立定标曲线,说明元素含量与谱线强度的关系。然后对由标准样品压制的表面元素含量分布不均匀的样品进行面扫描分析,生成二维分布图,并与样品表面形貌进行比较,验证了分析方法的正确性。最后以100μm的分辨率对天然铁矿石样品表面14mm×11mm范围内进行面扫描分析,得到其表面Ca,Al,Ti和Mn四种元素的分布情况,并将分析结果与铁矿石表面形貌相比较。结果表明,激光诱导击穿光谱技术作为一种成分分析方法,可以对不均匀样品的表面成分分布情况进行定性分析。 In order to analyze and detect the distribution of multi-components on the surface of iron ore, a 532nm Nd:YAG pulsed laser was used to design the surface scanning analysis method. Combined with the software developed by ourselves, the standard sample was firstly scanned by surface and the calibration curve was established.
