目的:对皂布叶的显微结构进行鉴别,为该药材开发利用和质量标准制定提供理论依据。方法:采用显微结构特征鉴别法。结果:皂布叶药材茎表面有大量皮孔;叶干燥后呈灰黑色,表明有大量色素类物质;皂布叶的显微特征显著,茎的髓部薄壁细胞有纹孔;粉末中含有大量纤维束、石细胞和草酸钙簇晶。结论:上述特征可作为皂布叶显微鉴别的依据。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the microstructure of the leaves of Soap leaves and provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of the herbs and the establishment of quality standards. Methods: The microstructure identification method. Results: There were a large number of lenticelles on the stem surface of the medicinal materials. The leaves were gray-black after drying, indicating a large number of pigments. The microscopic features of the leaves of the soap-leaf were significant. The parenchyma cells in the stems were pitted. A large number of fiber bundles, stone cells and calcium oxalate cluster. Conclusion: The above characteristics can be used as a basis for the microscopic identification of the leaves.
