目的应用石墨炉原子吸收炉内直接消化测定冷饮中铅的方法。方法样品经水解或稀释后直接进样测定。结果冷饮中铅的加标回收率为95.6%~104.3%,相对标准偏差在1.85%~3.16%之间。结论此条件下检测冷饮中的铅可以在最少的样品前处理步骤下快速准确地进行。
Objective To determine the method of direct determination of lead in cold drinks by graphite furnace atomic absorption furnace. Methods Samples were hydrolyzed or diluted directly into the sample. Results The spiked recoveries of lead in cold drinks ranged from 95.6% to 104.3% with relative standard deviations between 1.85% and 3.16%. Conclusion Detection of lead in cold beverages under this condition can be performed quickly and accurately with minimal sample preparation steps.
