1台瑞士产MEYCO Potenza型混凝土喷射机组在进行混凝土喷射作业过程中,容易出现堵泵故障。因其技术资料多为英文版,常给操作、维修人员的保养和检修带来不便,这不仅影响施工作业,而且会缩短混凝土喷射机组使用寿命。我们根据多年的维修经验,结合原机技术资料,详细分析了堵泵的主要原因,并提出排除方法。
A Swiss-made MEYCO Potenza-type concrete jetting unit is prone to plugging failure during concrete spraying operations. Because of its technical information mostly in English, often to the operation, maintenance personnel maintenance and repair inconvenience, which not only affect the construction operations, but also shorten the life of concrete jet unit. According to many years of maintenance experience, combined with the original machine technical data, analyzed in detail the main reason for blocking the pump and put forward the elimination method.
