本文主要从影响中学英语教师专业发展的外因角度出发,结合中学英语名师在教师群体专业发展中个体专业自主的内部归因,并对一名省级教学名师专业成长进行个案研究,探索中学英语名师专业发展的现象归因,并由此提出了中学英语教师专业发展有效途径的思考。
Based on the external factors that affect the professional development of secondary school English teachers, this article combines the internal attribution of individual professional autonomy of secondary school English teachers in the professional development of teacher groups, and conducts a case study on the professional growth of a provincial teaching teacher, Professional development attribution of the phenomenon, and thus put forward the secondary school English teacher professional development of effective ways of thinking.
