高职院校为社会培养了许多技术性人员,学校教育、管理工作的优劣直接决定了办校成效。教育工作是高职院校的首要责任,但是随着时代的变迁,社会形势日趋复杂,急需教育与管理相对接,在教学管理中培养人才、教育人才。高职院校有必要进行深刻反省,创新高职院校教学管理工作的实施路径。 Vocational colleges have cultivated many technical personnel for the society. The merits and demerits of school education and management directly determine the effectiveness of running schools. Education is the primary responsibility of higher vocational colleges. However, with the changing of times, the social situation is becoming more and more complex. It is imperative that education and administration are in short supply, and talents and educators are trained in teaching management.
