麻竹(Sinocalamus latiforus)是一种食用兼佳、经济效益高的多用途竹种。福建省永春县栽培历史悠久,但过去只是在房前屋后,沟边溪旁少量种植,主要是产笋自食。随着多种经济作物的发展和农村产业结构的调整,近年来麻竹的种植面积有了较大的发展。至一九八五年不完全统计,全县已有麻竹15万多丛,折合7000多亩,上市的麻竹笋达一万余担,种植麻竹已成为农民家庭的收入之一。麻竹具有较高的经济价值,其生长特性和主要优点有以下几方面。
Sinocalamus latiforus is a multi-purpose bamboo that is good to eat and cost-effective. Yongchun County, Fujian Province has a long history of cultivation, but in the past it was just a small amount of plantation in front of the house. With the development of many kinds of cash crops and the adjustment of rural industrial structure, the area under cultivation of bamboo has been greatly increased in recent years. By 1985, there were incomplete statistics of more than 150,000 bamboo mahogany species, equivalent to 7,000 mu, listing 10,000 hemp bamboo shoots, and planting bamboo grass has become one of the incomes of peasant families. Bamboo has a high economic value, its growth characteristics and the main advantages of the following aspects.
