推行“大轮乘、长交路、双班单司机值乘”方式是铁路机务部门发展规划中的一项重要举措,已逐步在全路机务系统中推广实施。单司机值乘要求机车乘务员具备过硬的业务水平和快速应变能力,需要通过培训、选拔符合条件的机车乘务员担当长交路值乘。建立高素质单司机队伍的有效方法是严格选拔、加强培训、考核激励,改善机车工作环境,以保证行车安全。
The implementation of the “big wheel ride, long road and double shift single driver value multiplication” mode is an important measure in the development planning of railway maintenance department and has been gradually implemented in the entire flight maintenance system. Single driver value by the requirements of locomotive crew have excellent business skills and rapid response capabilities, through training, selection of qualified locomotive crew to take the long road value multiplied. An effective way to establish a high-quality single-driver team is to strictly select, strengthen training, assess incentives and improve locomotive working environment so as to ensure traffic safety.
