对东方红履带拖拉机支重轮在常见工作状态下的受力状况进行了分析计算 ,以计算出的支重轮所受的接触应力为载荷在磨损试验机上进行了磨损试验 ,分析了不同硬度的试验用轮在不同载荷下的磨损规律和表面形貌特征。试验表明 :在该摩擦系统中 ,轮子的磨损为磨料磨损 ;较高硬度的轮子磨损特性较好。为此 ,建议必须将目前对支重轮硬度的设计要求 (HB388)提高。
The paper analyzes and calculates the force condition of the roller of the tractor under the condition of common working condition. Based on the calculated contact stress of the roller, the wear test is carried out on the abrasion tester. The effects of different hardness Wear behavior and surface topography of test wheel under different loads. Experiments show that: the friction system, the wheel wear abrasive wear; higher hardness of the wheel wear better. For this reason, it is recommended that the current design requirements for support roller hardness (HB388) be increased.
