全尾砂充填采矿,不仅可以增加尾砂利用率,而且还减少尾砂细泥排放,保护矿山环境,由此可产生巨大的经济效益和社会效益。针对司家营贫铁矿床的全尾砂充填法开采面临的采矿经济效益问题,已经开发出适用于超细全尾砂的新型胶结材料。该材料不仅可使全尾砂充填体强度达到较高,而且成本低,完全可以替代水泥应用于全尾砂胶结充填。为了将开发的新型胶凝材料应用于矿山生产,开展了新型胶凝材料全尾砂浆的流变特性研究,揭示影响全尾砂浆自流输送影响因素和流变参数,从而为新型胶凝材料在司家营铁矿南区充填系统设计和工业化应用提供理论依据。
Full tailings fill mining, not only can increase the utilization rate of tailings, but also reduce tailings fine sludge discharge, protect the mining environment, which can have tremendous economic and social benefits. In view of the economic benefits of mining for the entire tailings filling method of the Sijiaying poor iron ore bed, a new type of cementing material suitable for ultra-fine tailings has been developed. The material can not only make the whole tailings filling body strength to achieve higher, but also low cost, can completely replace the cement used in tailings cementing filling. In order to apply the new cementitious material to mine production, the research on the rheological properties of the new cementitious tailing mortar was carried out to reveal the influencing factors and rheological parameters of the whole tailing mortar self-conveying, Jiaying Iron Mine South filling system design and industrial application of theoretical basis.
