重叠式自由贸易区是21世纪初世界经济发展中一个突出现象,该书从原产地规则的角度,分析了重叠式自由贸易区的短期经济效应和长期经济效应,并运用实证的方法进行验证,探讨了重叠式自由贸易区与多边贸易体制的关系,提出了原产地规则的国际协调思路,分析了以中国为轮轴的自由贸易区原产地规则存在的问题,提出了中国在区域经济合作中的发展对策。
Overlapping free trade zones are a prominent phenomenon in world economic development in the early 21st century. From the perspective of rules of origin, the paper analyzes the short-term economic effects and long-term economic effects of overlapping free trade zones and verifies them with empirical methods. Discussed the relationship between the overlapping free trade area and the multilateral trade system, put forward the international coordination principle of the rules of origin, analyzed the existing problems in the rules of origin of the free trade area with China as the axle, and put forward the countermeasures that China has in the regional economic cooperation Development Strategy.
