众所周知,饮食文化是一个地区、国家传统文化中非常重要的一部分,毕竟在东方文化中“人以食为天”深深烙印在传统文化中。日本也是如此,作为一个拥有上千年历史的东方国家,其饮食文化不仅带来了本土文化特色,同时也反映了鲜明的民族情调,对于外国人来说具有天然的吸引力。而饮食文化是旅游发展中的关键要素,对于推动日本旅游业的可持续发展具有关键的价值与意义。基于上述背景,本文主要探讨日本饮食文化与旅游开发之间的关系,论述如何充分借助饮食文化来推动旅游开发,同时对于我国的旅游开发也有一定的借鉴价值。 As we all know, food culture is a region, a very important part of the traditional culture of our country. After all, in Eastern culture, “food is the god” is deeply imprinted on traditional culture. The same is true in Japan. As an Oriental country with thousands of years of history, its food culture not only brings about local culture but also reflects the distinct national sentiment. It is naturally attractive to foreigners. Food culture is a key factor in the development of tourism and has a crucial value and significance for promoting the sustainable development of Japan’s tourism industry. Based on the above background, this article mainly discusses the relationship between Japanese food culture and tourism development, discusses how to promote tourism development with full help of food culture, and at the same time, it also has some reference value for the development of tourism in our country.
