通过采用不同的热处理制度,研究了不同热处理制度对TC18钛合金棒材组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着时效温度的升高,显微组织中初生α相含量以及形态变化不大,次生α相由弥散分布转换成小棒状,第二相强化作用减弱,强度降低,塑性变化不大。固溶时效的热处理方式能够优化TC18钛合金综合性能,满足XX项目的需求。
Through the use of different heat treatment systems, the effects of different heat treatment regimes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TC18 titanium alloy bars were studied. The results show that the content and morphology of primary α phase in microstructure change little with the increase of aging temperature, the secondary α phase is transformed into small rod by the dispersion distribution, the strengthening of second phase weakens, the strength decreases and the plasticity changes Not big. The heat treatment method of solution aging can optimize the comprehensive performance of TC18 titanium alloy to meet the demand of XX project.
