为进一步降低汽车振动和噪声,改善乘坐舒适性,越来越多的减振件被采用在现代汽车上。介绍了汽车用橡胶与金属粘接(R-to-M)减振件的结构和性能要求,对R-to-M减振件的刚度和变形特性进行了分析。
In order to further reduce vehicle vibration and noise and improve ride comfort, more and more vibration damping components are used in Hyundai vehicles. The structure and performance requirements of rubber-to-metal (R-to-M) damping parts for automobiles are introduced. The stiffness and deformation characteristics of R-to-M damping parts are analyzed.
