文科班班级后进生相对较多,做好后进生的转化工作班级管理就成功了一大半。班主任不能因为差生学习不好或表现不好而放弃对他们的培养与转化,这些后进生真的无药可救吗?或许班主任的冷眼相看,是把他们推向更为错误方向的助力。对后进生这样一个“与众不同”的特殊群体,教育者必须正确认识他们,研究他们,将融融的师爱洒向他们,让这些迟开的“花朵”沐浴阳光雨露,健康成长。
Liberal arts classes after graduating relatively large number of students, and do a good job in the transformation of class management success on the job more than half. Can not the class teacher give up their training and transformation because poor students are poorly trained or poorly behaved? Can these backward students really helpless? Perhaps the class teacher’s cold-heartedness is aiding them in the wrong direction. For such a “special” group of backward students, educators must correctly understand them, study them, and give them a melting teacher’s love so that these late bloomers bathe in the sunshine and healthier growing up.
