采用高能激光束对岩石表面进行照射,通过对实验中孔径、孔深、去岩量、去岩效率等参数的测量与计算,研究激光功率及辐照时间对花岗岩预钻孔效果的影响。结果表明,随激光功率增加,破岩孔径、去岩量、去岩效率增加,孔深出现波动,钻孔速度变化不大;随激光辐照时间增加,破岩孔径、孔深、去岩量增加,激光钻孔速度、去岩效率明显下降。该实验条件下,激光功率越大,辐照时间越长,去岩效果越好;激光功率为1 000 W时,钻孔效果较好。
The surface of the rock was irradiated by high energy laser beam. The influence of laser power and irradiation time on the pre-drilling effect of granite was studied through the measurement and calculation of the parameters of pore size, hole depth, rock removal and rock removal efficiency.
