社区书店是基层公共文化服务体系的一个组成部分,是营造社区精神文化的重要载体之一。文章针对社区书店由于规模小、成本高、经营品种少及国民阅读氛围不浓等原因导致行业不景气现象,借鉴企业竞争力提升策略,提出了提升社区书店竞争力策略:经营模式连锁化、经营书品差异化、经营方式多元化、服务人性化、形象个性化。
