患儿,女、75天、第一胎。一个月前无明显诱因腹泻。经治而愈。入院前一周皮肤出现轻黄染、无热、未吐。近2日尿鲜血2次,每次约0.5ml而入院。母亲怀孕6周时曾患感冒。曾服去痛片及新诺明。查体 P120、R40、发育中等、营养差、神志清晰。巩膜及皮肤轻度黄染,无出血点。颌下、腋下、腹股沟处均可触及1.0×1.0cm大小之淋巴结2～3个。口
