目的探究空气波压力循环治疗仪干预对糖尿病伴手足麻痹症患者下肢血液循环及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2014年12月—2016年12月收治的糖尿病伴手足麻痹症患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组给予降血压、降血脂、降血糖、控制饮食等常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合空气波压力循环治疗仪干预治疗,比较两组下肢血液循环改善情况、下肢血管内径和血流量、双侧血管踝肱指数(ABI)和SF-36生活质量评分。结果观察组下肢血液循环改善总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.8118,P=0.0282);观察组治疗后股浅动脉、胫后动脉、足背动脉的血管内径和血流量改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后ABI值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SF-36生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空气波压力循环治疗仪干预治疗可以有效改善糖尿病伴手足麻痹症患者下肢血液循环,提高患者生活质量,且操作简便、安全性高,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of air wave pressure cycler on blood circulation and quality of life of lower extremities in patients with diabetes mellitus and paralysis. Methods Sixty patients with diabetes mellitus and paralysis treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the research object and divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to the random number table method. Results The total effective rate (90.00%) of lower limb blood circulation in observation group was higher than that in control group (66.67%), the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 4.8118, P = 0.0282) Arteries, dorsalis pedis artery diameter and blood flow improved better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); ABI value was higher in the observation group after treatment than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) The quality of life of SF-36 in observation group was higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Intervention therapy with air wave pressure circulator can effectively improve blood circulation of the lower extremities in patients with diabetes mellitus and paralysis, improve the quality of life of patients, and is easy to operate and safe. It is worthy of wide application.
