履行光荣的社会职责--中国建筑装饰协会发展纪实

1984年9月11日,在中国改革开放大潮初涌,建筑装饰行业尚处于萌芽状态之时,刚刚由国家建工总局转型组建的中国建筑工程总公司总经理张恩树同志,就以敏锐的眼光和强烈的社会责任感,倡导并组织成立了中国建筑装饰协会。30年的时间,中国建筑装饰协会伴随着改革开放的脚步,履行着自己的职责,指导着行业的发展,已经成为架设在企业与政府间的桥梁,成为推动中国建筑装饰行业蓬勃发展的中坚,成为受到广大会员企业拥戴,政府行政主管部门放心,在社会上具有巨大影响力、凝聚力和权威性的协会。 On September 11th, 1984, at the beginning of the reform and opening up surge in China, when the building decoration industry was still in its embryonic state, Comrade Zhang Enshu, the general manager of China Construction Engineering Corporation, which had just been transformed by the State Construction and Construction Bureau, had a keen eye. Strong sense of social responsibility, advocated and organized the establishment of the China Building Decoration Association. In the past 30 years, China Building Decoration Association has followed its footsteps of reform and opening up, fulfilled its responsibilities and guided the development of the industry. It has become a bridge between enterprises and the government, and has become the backbone of the vigorous development of the Chinese architectural decoration industry. It has become an association that is supported by a large number of member companies, and that the government administrative departments are assured of social influence, cohesion, and authority.
