目的:优化丹参素的提取工艺条件。方法:采用盐酸水溶液回流提取丹参药材,以高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定的丹参素含量为考察指标,采取正交试验法对提取条件进行优选。结果:丹参素的提取工艺影响程度为盐酸溶液浓度>溶剂量>提取时间。结论:盐酸水溶液回流提取的最佳条件为2mol·L-1的盐酸溶液以10倍量的体积提取3h,提取2次。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process conditions of Danshensu. Methods: The aqueous extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza was extracted by hydrochloric acid aqueous solution. The content of danshensu was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The orthogonal experimental method was used to optimize the extraction conditions. Results: The effect of the extraction process of danshensu was hydrochloric acid solution> solvent amount> extraction time. Conclusion: The optimal condition for the reflux extraction of hydrochloric acid aqueous solution is 2mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid solution extracted with 10 times the volume for 3 hours and extracted twice.
