上海市少先队总辅导员赵国强提出:辅导员要根据少年儿童的感知特点,从他们的生活经验出发,用听得懂、记得住的语言和具体、直观、生动的方式,通过少先队自主性的队活动来引导队员感知党的十八大精神。黄浦区卢湾一中心小学充分运用十八大的图片、十八大的数字以及十八大代表的榜样故事等生动形象的材料,引领队员们自主探究,走近十八大、了解十八大、学习十八大,让队员们不仅听得懂,还能记得住。同时,队员们把十八大精神与自己的学习、生活和身边发生的事情结合起来,用自己的实际行动贯彻落实十八大精神。
