思想政治工作是调节个人与个人、个人与集体、集体与集体之间矛盾不可或缺的管理手段。本文就医院体制运行中,思想政治工作出现的问题及解决方法,以及思想政治工作在医院工作开展中的重要作用,进行了简单的分析与探讨。
