文章论述了提高摩托车可靠性的迫切性及我国摩托车在可靠性方面存在的问题。指出提高可靠性就是全面开展可靠性研究工作,推行可靠性管理,抓好可靠性设计。文章对提高摩托车产品可靠性的途径从设计、制造工艺、技术改造、维修保养及使用服务等方面,进行了探讨。同时论述了摩托车可靠性的提高,必须制订好可靠性设计规范,做好可靠性知识的普及教育工作,做到人人皆知。同时还要加强试验基地的建设,重视信息的搜集,使信息工作为不断改进产品设计,提高可靠性服务。
The article discusses the urgency of improving the reliability of motorcycles and the problems in the reliability of motorcycles in China. It is pointed out that improving reliability is to conduct reliability research work in an all-round way, promote reliability management, and do a good job of reliability design. The article discusses ways to improve the reliability of motorcycle products from the aspects of design, manufacturing process, technical renovation, maintenance and service use.
