随着货车滚动轴承化的发展,制动轮、轨滑行车轮踏面擦伤事故、临修和车轮踏面旋削工作量急剧增加。我局今年上半年发生制动擦伤甩车事故4件,比去年同期增加2件。全局车轮踏面旋削12002对,比去年上半年增加38.1%。在哈尔滨车辆段调查,临修更换制动擦伤轮对148辆269对,比去年同期增加61.2%。制动擦伤甩车事故概况和哈尔滨车辆段临修擦伤换轮分析如表1和表2
With the development of rolling stock bearing truck, the brake wheel, rail taxi wheel tread surface abrasion accident, repair and wheel tread sharply increased workload. In the first half of this year, there were 4 braking accidents caused by brake abrasion and 2 accidents more than the same period of last year. Global wheel tread 12002 pairs, an increase of 38.1% over the first half of last year. Investigation in the depot in Harbin, temporary repair brake abrasion wheel 148 pairs of 269 pairs, an increase of 61.2% over the same period last year.
