目的:了解我院近3年来住院病人疾病构成及人均费用的变化,分析威胁人类健康的主要原因,为我院领导在人、财、物的合理配置上提供参考依据。方法:根据我院2008—2010年住院疾病分类年报,按ICD—10进行疾病分类,对住院病人前10位疾病进行顺位,分析前10位病种费用、住院天数的变化。结果:收治病人数增长24.12%,病种数增加2.52%,人均医疗费用增加5.45%,平均住院日下降1.2天。前10位病种中,其他医疗照顾和肺炎3年中稳居第1、2位,胃恶性肿瘤由第9位上升到第6位。结论:加强前10位疾病防治工作,为人们增强对疾病的预防提供依据,以提高广大群众的健康水平和生命质量。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the changes of disease composition and per capita cost of inpatients in the past three years in our hospital, and to analyze the main causes that threaten human health so as to provide a reference for the leaders of our hospital in the rational allocation of people, money and goods. Methods: According to the annual report of inpatient disability classification in our hospital from 2008 to 2010, we classified the diseases according to ICD-10, and sorted the top 10 inpatients and analyzed the changes of the first 10 diseases and hospitalization days. Results: The number of cases admitted increased by 24.12%, the number of cases increased by 2.52%, the per capita medical expenses increased by 5.45% and the average length of stay decreased by 1.2 days. Among the top 10 diseases, other medical care and pneumonia ranked No. 1 and No. 2 in 3 years and gastric malignancies rose from No. 9 to No. 6. Conclusion: Strengthening the prevention and treatment of the top 10 diseases provides a basis for people to enhance their prevention of diseases so as to improve their health and quality of life.
