运用模块化的设计思路,将高真空系统和摩擦磨损试验机优化集成,研制了MSTS-1型多功能真空摩擦磨损试验机。极限压力6×10-6Pa,可在大气至1×10-5Pa的真空环境中稳定地进行各种试验。试验机运行速度和载荷范围较宽,并可以“球-盘”和“销-盘”两种接触方式进行试验。在软硬件的配合下,可对摩擦力、摩擦温度等特征参量进行自动采集、显示和处理,测试结果的可比性和重现性较好。该机在较短时间内就能达到高真空状态,并可在不破坏真空度的情况下精密调节摩擦半径,试验效率较高。此外,该试验机具有较好的扩充性和多功能性,经过合理的工装和试验方法设计就可以对轴承、齿轮等典型摩擦器件进行零件级的摩擦学性能测试,并可进行高真空冷焊与防护,空间辐射及特殊气氛等环境模拟试验。
