1986年10月—1997年11月对21例绝育术后的妇女施行输卵管吻合术,取得了较好的效果,分析如下.1 临床资料本组21例受术者中绝育术后子女夭折17例,再婚4例,要求复孕,年龄24～38岁.既往月经规则,妇科检查正常,手术选择于月经于净后3～7d内进行.选用硬膜外麻醉.手术采取下腹正中切口长5～6 cm,逐层进腹,吊钩取出输卵管,检查原结扎方法,部位和局部有无病变.输卵管有轻度粘连,积水给予分离并切除积水部分,提起输卵管结扎瘢痕处,在相
