目的:了解梅河口市建筑工地食堂卫生现状,加强建筑工地食堂食品安全管理,确保工人用餐安全。方法:按照建筑工地食品卫生调查表中的调查项目,采用现场卫生检查、询问责任人及填写调查表等方式调查食堂管理制度、环境卫生、硬件设施和原材料索证情况等。结果:建筑工地食堂卫生设施简陋,达到卫生要求的比例较低,存在的问题较多,违法经营情况较严重。结论:我市建筑工地食堂食品卫生安全状况不容乐观,应加强对食品原料的采购、贮存、加工和销售等重要环节的监督检查力度。
Objective: To understand the status quo of canteens in the construction site of Meihekou City, strengthen the food safety management in the canteen of construction sites, and ensure the safety of the workers in their meals. Methods: According to the survey items in the food hygiene survey on the construction site, the management system of the canteens, environmental sanitation, hardware facilities and raw material certification were investigated by field health inspection, asking the responsible persons and filling out the questionnaire. Results: The health facilities in the canteen in the construction site were poor, the percentage of meeting the hygiene requirements was low, there were many problems and the illegal operation was more serious. Conclusion: The sanitation status of food in canteens in construction sites in our city is not optimistic. We should strengthen the supervision and inspection on the important links such as procurement, storage, processing and sale of food raw materials.
