In November 2006, I investigated the status quo of embroidery inheritance in Chaozhou, Guangdong Province, at its own expense to Chaozhou. No matter if it is related government departments, garment enterprises, embroidery studios or private embroideries, they will all refer to me as a person - Senior Arts and Crafts Yang Jianping Division. These people think that my investigation without interviewing Mr. Yang Jianping means that we have not come to Chaozhou. Before I came to Chaozhou to do a survey on my previous homework, I had a brief understanding of Mr. Yang Jianping through relevant materials, but what I did not think of was that Chaozhou folk artists were so respected by Mr. Yang Jianping. I decided to take the time to visit Mr. Yang. Through self-introduction by phone, Mr. Yang invited me warmly to visit his home in Shantou.
