国产法莫替丁1992年应用于临床,为了解其临床疗效,我科于1993年6月—1994年7月进行了40例治疗观察,现报道如下。 1 对象和方法 1.1 对象 本文病例均为我院门诊及住院患者,共70例,男58例,女12例,均符合下列条件:①年龄18—70岁;②有典型症状;③内镜检查证实为活动期DU;④溃疡长径>5mm,数目<2个;⑤无并发症;⑥非妊娠及哺乳妇女。随机分为2组,治疗组(法莫替丁组)40例,男33例,女7例,平均年龄43.2岁;对照组(西咪替丁组)30例,男25例,女5例,平均年龄41.6岁。两组在年龄、性别、病程、溃疡大小上的差别无显著性,具有可比性。 1.2 方法 治疗组使用法莫替丁片剂,浙江温州制药厂生产,每次2片(40mg),1次/d,临睡前服用;对照组使用西咪
