深溪沟水电站运行中发现下机架基坑环境温度及发电机上下端部绝缘盒运行温度均偏高。通过机组检修,调节上下两个支路风量的分配比例,并通过增设挡风板等措施优化局部的通风结构和减少漏风,基本达到了降低定子上下端部绝缘盒的运行温度,并改善风罩内下机架位置的环境温度的目的,消除了设备运行的不安全因素。
During the operation of Shenxigou Hydropower Station, it was found that the ambient temperature of the lower foundation pit and the operating temperature of the insulation box at the upper and lower ends of the generator were both high.
