晚期血吸虫病出现乳糜性腹水临床少见。最近我们见到一例。确诊为血吸虫肝硬化所并发。现报告如下。病例报告谢××,住院号4543,男,69岁,已婚,湖南衡阳人,航运工人。因腹部胀痛20多天,伴双下肢浮肿,于1982年10月12日入院。 20天前病者饮酒后,突感上腹疼痛为阵发性,疼痛较剧并出现腹胀,腹部逐渐膨隆。病程中无恶心,呕吐,腹泻便秘,畏寒,发烧,盗汗。小便少,无膀胱刺激症状。既往史:60年患“肝脓疡”。否认其它病史。个人史:生于农村,航运公司船工。有血吸虫疫水接触史。喜嗜烟酒。入院体查:消瘦,神清合作,自动体位,颈浅淋巴结可及,瞳孔等大,巩膜皮肤无黄
