环氧化酶(COX)是致炎物质地诺前列酮合成过程中的重要限速酶。COX-2是环氧化酶的诱导型,参与炎症反应和肿瘤的发生。包括舌鳞状细胞癌在内的大多数恶性肿瘤均有COX-2的阳性表达。COX-2的活性增强还能提高细胞与细胞外基质蛋白的黏附能力,增强基质金属蛋白酶的表达水平,增加肿瘤细胞的侵袭力。进一步研究COX-2选择性抑制剂塞来昔布与舌鳞状细胞癌侵袭之间的关系,对舌鳞状细胞癌的治疗和预后有非常重要的意义。
Cyclooxygenase (COX) is an important rate-limiting enzyme in the synthesis of noprostone, an inflammatory substance. COX-2 is an inducible cyclooxygenase that is involved in the inflammatory response and tumorigenesis. Most malignant tumors, including tongue squamous cell carcinoma, have a positive expression of COX-2. The enhanced activity of COX-2 also enhances the adhesion of cells to extracellular matrix proteins, enhances the expression of matrix metalloproteinase, and increases the invasiveness of tumor cells. Further study of COX-2 selective inhibitor celecoxib and the relationship between the invasion of tongue squamous cell carcinoma of tongue squamous cell carcinoma of the treatment and prognosis of great significance.
