针对当前大型露天料场测量由于没有载体安装测量设备而采用人工测点测量方法导致效率低、周期长、精度差和人为影响大的问题,提出了在车载平台上安装伸缩机构,集成激光扫描仪、惯性制导、全球定位系统和电子云台,对料场采用分区独立扫描测量,统一坐标变换合并的方法,快速获取料场三维坐标数据,准确计算料场体积从而实现储量换算,实验条件下绝对精度达0.4%。露天堆场现场测试表明8000m2分十区测量能在1h内完成,重复测量误差小于0.9%,矿山测量没有现场实验,依据设备参数推算精度要低于以上结论,但能满足行业测量需要。该方法有效解决了散堆露天料场的测量问题,能广泛应用于露天堆场、矿山测量,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。

The method effectively solves the measurement problem of loose yard open-air yard and can be widely used in open-pit yard and mine survey, and has good application prospect and promotion value.
