目的探讨IMP3及GST-π在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测49例胃癌及其癌旁正常黏膜组织中IMP3和GST-π的表达。结果 (1)胃癌中IMP3的阳性表达率为81.63%(40/49),其中(+)18例、(++)14例、(+++)8例,IMP3的表达与胃癌组织学分型有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);GST-π的阳性表达率为89.79%(44/49),其中(+)8例、(++)18例、(+++)18例。GST-π在胃癌组织学分型中的表达差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01),并且肠型表达较强。IMP3和GST-π表达在胃癌患者的年龄、性别、淋巴结有无转移和临床分期等方面的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)Spearman等级相关分析显示胃癌中IMP3和GST-π的表达无明显相关性(P>0.05)。(3)癌旁组织中,IMP3和GST-π不表达或仅弱表达,与癌组织相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 IMP3在胃癌的发生中可能起到一定的作用,并影响胃癌的分型;多耐药基因GST-π在肠型中高表达,提示高分化胃癌更易产生耐药。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of IMP3 and GST-π in gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of IMP3 and GST-π in 49 cases of gastric cancer and its adjacent normal mucosa tissues. Results (1) The positive expression rate of IMP3 in gastric cancer was 81.63% (40/49), including 18 cases of (+), 14 cases of (++) and 8 cases of (+++). The expression of IMP3 was correlated with histological type (P <0.01). The positive expression rate of GST-π was 89.79% (44/49), including 8 cases of (+), 18 cases of (++) and 18 cases . The expression of GST-π in gastric cancer histological type was also significantly different (P <0.01), and intestinal type expression was strong. There were no significant differences in the expression of IMP3 and GST-π between the patients with gastric cancer in terms of age, sex, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P> 0.05). (2) Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expression of IMP3 and GST-π in gastric cancer had no significant correlation (P> 0.05). (3) The expression of IMP3 and GST-π was not significant or only weakly expressed in the adjacent tissues, which was significantly different from that in the cancerous tissues (P <0.01). Conclusions IMP3 may play a role in the occurrence of gastric cancer and affect the classification of gastric cancer. Multi-drug resistance gene GST-π is highly expressed in intestinal type, suggesting that it is more likely to produce drug resistance in well-differentiated gastric cancer.
