目的对一起私立幼儿园由肠炎沙门菌引起的食物中毒事件进行病原学检验,快速准确查明原因,为食物中毒处理提供技术支持。方法参照GB4789-2010等标准方法进行病原菌的分离培养,对检出菌进行血清学分型鉴定。结果在3名患儿的粪便、2份留样食品(黄金蛋炒饭和凉拌洋白菜)及鲜鸡蛋外壳中检出肠炎沙门菌。结论根据现场流行病学调查以及病原学检测结果证实这是一起由肠炎沙门菌引起的食物中毒。加强食品卫生监督与管理,控制食物污染源,全面开展食品安全知识的宣传,提高自我保护意识是预防沙门菌食物中毒的关键环节。
Objective To conduct an etiological test on a food poisoning incident caused by Salmonella enteritidis in a private kindergarten, find out the reason quickly and accurately, and provide technical support for food poisoning treatment. Methods Reference GB4789-2010 and other standard methods for the isolation and culture of pathogens, the detection of bacteria serological typing. Results Salmonella enteritidis was detected in three children with stool samples, two sample-preserved foods (golden egg fried rice and salad oil cabbage) and a fresh egg shell. Conclusions According to field epidemiological investigations and etiologic tests, it is confirmed that this is a food poisoning caused by Salmonella enteritidis. Strengthen the supervision and management of food hygiene, control the source of food contamination, carry out the propaganda of food safety knowledge in an all-round way and raise awareness of self-protection as the key step to prevent food poisoning of Salmonella.
