《对学员情况的研究及教学改革的思考》一文出自老年大学学员之手。此文“研究”比较透彻,“思考”给人启迪,语言朴实,值得一读。长时间以来,一些人把理论与研究文章看作是理论家的事情,学员中敢于涉足这类题目的更是凤毛麟角。无疑,理论研讨文章,尤其是学术味较浓,前瞻性较强的基础理论研究文章,需要专业科研人员和具有一定理论水平的人来挑大梁;但这并不等于说,理论研讨性文章,尤其是应用性研究文章只能是理论工作者的专利。其实,办学人员,包括众多的学员都可以写,而且也能够写好。这里发表的司景亚同志的文章就是一个例子。我刊仅在2007年的第二期、第四期就曾先后刊登过上海退休职工大学朱经荣同志的《学员参与教学科研的探索》、武汉市东西湖区老年大学汪单晏同志的《老年学校办产业的思考》等,它们皆出自老年学员之手。理论来自于实践。实践出真知。广大老年学员是老年教育的参与者,对办学的经验、教训,学员的祈盼、要求,办学中的问题困惑、困难最清楚,对怎样办学最有发言权。只要你善于从老年教育实践中发现和提出问题,又能把你所掌握的感性材料,经过思考、分析,加以去粗取精、去伪存真、由此及彼、由表及里的整理,形成概念、判断、推理,对你发现、预测的问题,拿出、写出解决的办法,文章也就基本成功了。当然,具体写作时,要注意抓那些他人没有提出过,或是有人提出过,但并未完全解决的问题,选取一个侧面,把它写深写透,不要面面俱到、泛泛而谈、人云亦云、贪大求全。司景亚、朱经荣、汪单晏等老年学员已经为我们做出了榜样,期望广大学员都能拿起笔来,积极参与到老年教育的理论研究中来。有了教育专业理论工作者与实践工作者两个方面的积极性,就能写出更多、更生动、更实际管用的文章,从而共同推进老年教育事业更好更快地发展。
