目的:了解永嘉县学生风疹抗体水平,为控制风疹流行提供科学依据。方法:选取辖区13所学校出现风疹暴发疫情班级的所有学生,共494人,采集学生静脉血,检测风疹病毒特异性IgM、IgG抗体,判断学生风疹病毒既往感染史、近期感染和未感染情况。结果:学生既往感染率为36.84%,近期感染率为56.48%,未感染率为6.68%。初中生既往感染率明显低于小学、高中,而近期感染率明显高于小学、高中。结论:近期内风疹病毒感染率非常高,风疹暴发疫情比较严重,初中生已经获得风疹免疫力的人数较少,提示要重视初中生年龄段的防控工作,防止风疹疫情进一步蔓延。
Objective: To understand the level of rubella antibody in Yongjia County and to provide a scientific basis for controlling the epidemic of rubella. Methods: A total of 494 students of rubella outbreak class were selected from 13 schools in the area. Venous blood was collected from the students and rubella virus-specific IgM and IgG antibodies were detected. The past infection history and recent infection and non-infection of the rubella virus were determined. Results: The past infection rate was 36.84%, the recent infection rate was 56.48% and the uninfection rate was 6.68%. The infection rate of junior high school students was significantly lower than that of primary school and high school, but the recent infection rate was significantly higher than that of primary school and high school. Conclusion: The incidence of rubella virus in the near future is very high. The outbreak of rubella is relatively serious. The number of junior high school students who have acquired rubella immunity is small, which indicates that attention should be paid to the prevention and control of junior high school students to prevent further spread of rubella.
