本文通过在车用涡轮增压柴油机上所作的研究试验,分析了组合脉冲转换排气系统的结构特点,并通过对试验结果的计算,进一步分析了组合脉冲转换排气系统的气门排气效率、涡轮效率、传递效率和抑制排气干扰作用以及对缸内换气过程的影响。文中列举了经过整机台架试验得到的发动机性能数据,给出了应用不同排气系统时发动机性能曲线。通过试验研究提出了组合脉冲转换排气系统在四冲程涡轮增压柴油机上的应用前埘,为改进发动机排气系统结构和改善发动机性能提供了可能。
In this paper, through the research on the turbo-charged diesel engine for vehicle, the structural characteristics of the combined impulse conversion exhaust system are analyzed and the exhaust efficiency of the combined pulse conversion exhaust system is further analyzed through the calculation of the test results. Turbine efficiency, transmission efficiency and suppression of exhaust interference and the impact on in-cylinder ventilation. The article lists the engine performance data obtained through the machine bench test, engine performance curve is given when using different exhaust systems. Through the experimental study, the application of combined pulse conversion exhaust system to four-stroke turbocharged diesel engine is proposed, which has the potential to improve the structure of engine exhaust system and improve the engine performance.
