[目的]评价对社区2型糖尿病患者开展营养干预的效果。[方法]随机抽取上海市徐汇区社区313例2型糖尿病患者,分为干预组156例和对照组157例,进行为期半年的营养干预,其中对干预组实施强化营养教育、营养软件评估、膳食指导和规范随访。观察并比较干预组和对照组患者干预前后的糖尿病知识知晓率及血糖、血脂检测结果。[结果]干预组患者在接受营养干预后,空腹静脉血糖、餐后2 h末梢血糖和总胆固醇有所下降;糖尿病知识回答正确率较对照组也有所提高。[结论]对社区2型糖尿病患者开展营养干预对提高知识知晓率,控制其血糖水平,减轻或减少糖尿病并发症的发生等有积极意义。
[Objective] To evaluate the effect of nutritional intervention on type 2 diabetes in community. [Methods] A total of 313 patients with type 2 diabetes in community of Xuhui District of Shanghai were randomly divided into intervention group (156 cases) and control group (157 cases) for half a year of nutritional intervention. The intervention group received intensive nutrition education, nutrition software evaluation, Guidance and standard follow-up. Observe and compare the rate of knowledge of diabetes and the results of blood glucose and blood lipid before and after intervention in intervention group and control group. [Results] The fasting venous glucose, postprandial blood glucose and total cholesterol in 2 hours after intervention were lower in the intervention group than in the control group. The correct rate of knowledge of diabetes was also higher than that in the control group. [Conclusion] It is of positive significance to carry out nutrition intervention on patients with type 2 diabetes in community to improve knowledge awareness, control blood glucose level and reduce or reduce the incidence of diabetic complications.
