洛阳洛河水面工程的出现对市区地下水的影响很大。它在提升地下水位,有效改善地下水补给能力的同时也改变了原有的地下水补排平衡的状态,但对地面建筑物及其他工程产生不良影响,还可能引起地下水水质的改变。对此应加强洛阳市区地下水动态观测及水质监测,深入开展水面工程条件下地下水动态变化的研究工作,制定科学合理的水资源管理方案,加快建设城市污水处理体系的步伐,严格控制地面污染源,改善地表水水质,减少地表水对地下水的渗透污染。
