B-Hm-16是我室从患病昆虫体内分离的一株苏云金芽孢杆菌,对小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、棉铃虫、粘虫和甘蓝夜蛾等多种害虫均具有较高活性;主要形成钝菱形晶体,杀虫蛋白晶体主要由130kDa的蛋白组成;酯酶型与标准菌株蜡螟亚种(B.t.subsp.galleriae)和库斯塔克亚种(B.t.subsp.kurstaki)一致,属于galleriae型;10项生理生化反应结果同标准菌株鲇泽(B.t.subsp.aizawai)亚种一致;经PCR-RFLP鉴定该菌株含有cry1Ab和cry9Ea基因,不含有cry2、cry3、cry4、cry5、cry8和cry11等基因。
B-Hm-16 is a strain of Bacillus thuringiensis isolated from diseased insects in our lab. It has high activity against many pests such as diamondback moth, beet armyworm, cotton bollworm, armyworm and cabbage budworm. It mainly forms The rhodamine crystals and insecticidal protein crystals are mainly composed of 130 kDa proteins. The esterase type is consistent with the standard strains Btsubsp.galleriae and Btsubsp. Kurstaki and belongs to the galleriae type. The results of 10 physiological and biochemical reactions were consistent with that of the standard strain Btsubsp.aizawai. The strains were identified as cry1Ab and cry9Ea by PCR-RFLP and did not contain such genes as cry2, cry3, cry4, cry5, cry8 and cry11.
